Launch of the Eat Well. Live Well. Curriculum   On 14th August, the Eat Well. Live Well. curriculum was launched with enthusiastic public response, amplified by influencer Revant Himatsingka (Food Pharmer), whose post reached thousands. Developed by FFF under the leadership of Aditi Mehrotra, the curriculum introduces a joyful, practical approach to food and health education. The launch at Lotus Valley International School, with support from TruthIn Food and school leadership, marked the beginning of a transformative classroom journey around food literacy.
Vietnam Shows the Way: How Smarter School Meals Can Transform India →   Back from Vietnam with a diverse delegation of education, nutrition, and public-health leaders, one insight stands clear: when menus are scientific, education is routine, and partnerships are responsible; children thrive. Vietnam’s model shows what’s possible when systems focus on nutrient-led menus, daily food literacy, and shared responsibility across government, schools, and responsible private partners. For India, the opportunity is powerful: shift from feeding to nutrition, from food to learning, and from solo efforts to collective action.
A New Chapter for India: EWLW Curriculum Launch Sparks Nationwide Support →   Launched on 14 August 2025 at Lotus Valley International School, Gurugram, the Eat Well. Live Well. curriculum received an inspiring start. Food Pharmer (Revant Himatsingka) joined as a special guest, helping amplify the vision and spark nationwide interest. The launch immediately drew strong engagement and a surge of school registrations, clear proof that India is ready for stronger food and nutrition education.
Teaching Children to Eat Well Must Begin in School →   A recent editorial in The Hindu argues that nutrition education must start early, inside school classrooms.  It calls for structured, real-life linked food education: weekly lessons, healthy canteens, kitchen gardens, cooking sessions and student-led food awareness. Because without education, children risk poor diets, increasing obesity, nutrient deficiencies and lifelong health problems, a challenge only school-based nutrition education can effectively address.
